We currently have 3 posts of Catering Assistant available.
As a Catering Assistant, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. Working alongside colleagues, you will support the smooth running of the café, helping to maintain a respectful and efficient working environment. You will also address day-to-day challenges constructively while upholding high standards of customer service.
This is a busy, customer-facing role where you will engage with a wide range of visitors. You will take orders, prepare and serve food and drink, and ensure service areas are clean, well-stocked and inviting. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering great customer service, and contributes positively as part of a team.
You will also support the success of the catering operation by promoting products, maximising sales opportunities, and helping to ensure a high-quality customer experience across all aspects of the service.
